Convenience to the corporate offices

The television was old and broken. Not a smart tv .

Pleasant

Asked them to check the room in the morning when i was leaving at 9 am. When i came been at 6 in the evening, it was undone. On asking at the reception why it was undone, they just said they'd get it done now but no apology or answer on why it wasn't done.

The staff , room was good the food was good the amenities were good bed needed some adjustment it was too soft

Hotel Location is very good. Room layout & Interior is futuristic. Unique color theme matching to preference of IT professionals.

Breakfast menu is very limited. Some the stuff was not available in breakfast. Food taste is just OK. Dinner delivered in the room wrapped in foil papers. Spoon not provided with dinner even after my request. One lift serving 6 floors. lift speed is very slow, waiting time is more than expected. Aircon sound irritating.

Good but takes lot of time when we order for items like dosa

hot water comes for too short time, doesn't really help to take a good shower.

It was a nice boutique hotel with very friendly staff.

They do not allow visitors in the room. Not even same sex visitors. Not even after showing ID. I had a medical episode and I needed some support. I called my friend but they told him to meet me in restaurant. I was having a high fever and needed someone to take care of me.that was super bad

The proximity to certain places, the breakfast spread

Bloom Hotel insisted on phone numbers and email addresses of every single member of the group even though the booking was made by one person whose phone and email were provided also ID proofs were submitted for everyone. They took around 40mins to check-in 4 members, my parents were tired but we were made to sit in the lobby till the registration formalities were complete. No consideration for elders at all. We paid ₹20,231.28 for 2 basic rooms for 2days only for the stay. No information was volunteered about amenities, facilities, food menu etc. Room service had to be contacted "through app" multiple times for basic stuff like slippers, dental kit, hair dryer etc and when the requested item did not arrive in time, I called the reception but two calls went unanswered. During the 2day stay, room service was allowed into our rooms without our knowledge or request to clean the rooms even though we took the card keys with us during our day out, I found that particularly inappropriate. The rooms have park benches for sitting instead of comfortable arm chairs. The onus to make this property appealing and bright lies completely on the color yellow as otherwise the cheap plastic flowers and flower pots do nothing to add appeal. The breakfast spread was not labelled, had to guess which flask had tea or coffee or milk and if the pink drink was raspberries yogurt or strawberry milk or beetroot curd. Oh also, in the room, the cup I had the morning coffee in was not washed but simply rinsed with water as I could see the coffee stains on the rim and the spoon I used to stir the coffee was not even rinsed, it was just put back in the tray with dried up coffee stains visible on a closer look. The bed linen was clean but the yellow bloom cushion I believe was seldom washed as it was also not clean.

Cleanliness and comfort

WiFi quality was terrible.Also it was difficult to pay through a foreign credit card, we had to try many times and it would only work through a link the hotel sent. So recommending you pay through booking and not at the facility to avoid this.

A clean and well maintained no frills budget property. Bloom Hotels have been one of my preferred budget stay options whenever I have a choice. This property is at a convenient location if you are looking for accommodation options around the Hitech City. Rooms were clean and decently sized. Clean bedsheets and towels. Wifi was quite good and I had no issues taking couple of virtual work meetings. Staff were excellent. Breakfast even though options were less, it was tasty and made fresh.

The washroom was a bit small and tacky. Could do with a shelf or a stand to keep the toiletries.

Staff if good

Internet is a big concern. You cannot place order on swiggy or zomato. You cant book a cab using uber or rapido. Internet is pretty slow too. Have to rely on data and also veery limited channel. No hindi or english tv channels.

Well mannered cooperative staff. Very decent stay would love to continue stay whenever we are in Hyderabad. Rooms were clean. Bed spreads n toilet were well maintained it was a cosy stay.... loved it

We were given a room, which was later accessed by their maintenance team without intimation. Post noticing to the reception were offer a different room also upgraded at no cost.

We found that the service was dull at times and the food service team missed fulfilling the order. We order a main course and rice and rice was not given until informed.

Neat and clean. Good house keeping and excellent staff.

As there is an option for early check-in on a paid basis, there should be an option for late check-out on a paid basis too.This will help travelers to plan according to their flight timings.

Breakfast was bad. Only had it on the first day after which is skipped it for the next 3 days

Compact spaces

Not value for money. It is expansive compared to facilities.

Hot water. Better shower. Clean bathroom. Clean towels. Wi-Fi that works

Room little bit small, especially bathroom, in morning no hot water available. bathroom lock not working properly.

Reasonable and standardised value for money

Staff was lackadaisacal. Pest control smog was absolutely out of control. Overall corridor hygiene was poor.
